Wolky is a successful, intractable footwear brand. The business was established by Kees Diks in the Netherlands almost 25 years ago is now active in many international markets. Beginning with so-called ‘sensible nursing sandals’, Wolky now supplies dynamic, fashionable, comfortable shoes and sandals for any time of the day.

Starting from the premise that one should be able to ‘enjoy walking’, Wolky produces all of its own footwear in its head office in Houten. In doing so it works together with one of the best known Dutch footwear designers, Charles Bergmans. Apart from having approximately 1,100 official dealers in Europe, Wolky is also active in the American market through more than 500 sales outlets. This market is supplied through the company’s own warehouse in Tempe, Arizona. In addition, there are various Wolky Shops, where only the Wolky range of products is sold.

Anthony Diks, the inspired managing director of Wolky, also acts as an ambassador for Evert van Gelderen.
