Future-Home Bouw en Ontwikkeling B.V. was founded in 2006. The company is part of Aan de Stegge Verenigde Bedrijven (ASVB). ASVB is a cooperative consisting of different construction firms, each of which operates independently and in turn has its own experience and specialisms.

Future-Home has developed two innovative concepts: devillaspecialist.nl and detweekapperspecialist.nl. They are concepts which make it possible to develop a large variety of detached and terraced homes.
