We are not only unconventional in that we no longer wear a tie nine days out of every ten, in that we also do flexiwork or because we have such a modern website. Neither is it because we give away free information through our downloads or because we have a top ICT expert who has 900 e-mail messages in her inbox on average. We are unconventional precisely because of the manner in which we work, the way we market ourselves, our direct approach to doing business and the way we think: in terms of solutions instead of manoeuvres to outflank our opponents. Yes, we do things in many different ways but we never have airs. It is simply because of the type of people we are.
